1. Scope

These Terms of Service (ToS) apply to all contracts regarding the use of the "Stashpad" software between [Company Name / Operator], hereinafter referred to as "Provider," and users of the software.

2. Description of Service

Stashpad is a tool for capturing and organizing digital information (logs, screenshots, code snippets) for use in AI-based workflows. The scope of functions includes local capture as well as optional cloud synchronization.

3. Conclusion of Contract and Registration

By registering an account or using the software, a usage contract is established. A valid email address is required for registration.

4. Rights of Use and User Obligations

The user receives a non-exclusive right to use the software, limited in time to the duration of the contract. The user is obliged to protect their account against unauthorized access by third parties.

5. Payment Terms

For paid plans (e.g., Stashpad Pro), the prices stated at the time of contract conclusion apply. Payment is made in advance for the respective billing period.

6. Liability

The Provider is liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is liable only for the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Liability for data loss is limited to the effort that would have been required to restore the data with regular data backups.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies. If the user is a merchant within the meaning of the HGB, the place of jurisdiction is [City].
